 PADAM(paritial androgen deficiency of aging male) – clinical syndrome associated with aging process in male after 40 years old. Testosterone Serum level begin to decline after it reaches peak level at the age of 30. Various symptoms and signs appeared( decreasing libido, erectile dysfunction, sexual dissatisfaction, fat accumulation-muscle atrophy leading to increased incidence of fracture-metabolic syndrome , emotional labiality, neurologic symptoms such as easy forgetfulness, disorientation, depression etc.) |

| Perimenopausal syndrome(including pathologic early menopause) – Early menopause can be defined permanent stop of menstrual cycle before age of 48 years old. Physiologic menopause is normal phenomenon in human aging process and treatment of this might be optional. But early menopause should be treated because it increases incidence of pathologic fracture, premature female aging, cardiovascular disease, psychiatric illness, sexual dissatisfaction, etc. |
